FREE SHIPPING ON ALL US ORDERS OVER $50.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received. We are closed on the weekends.
US orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Processing time is approx. 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time is approx. 3 to 5 business days once shipped, but delays from the courier can happen.
Please do not use PO box or hotel (temporary) address as your shipping address.
Please understand that we are not responsible for any delivery changes such as "Deliver on Another Day" or "Deliver to Another Address".
Once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control. If an order tracks as delivered but is not received, please contact the postal carrier directly. We can not replace missing or stolen packages.
International customers
Canada: Flat $15
The rest of the world: Flat $35
Delivery time is approx. 6 to 10 business days once shipped.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for those additional costs if it may occur. The refusing of a package is subjected to non refund.
It is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier if they need additional information or charges.
