SHIPPING
SHIPPING FEES
- US: Flat $7 (Free shipping on orders over $75)
- Canada: Flat $25
- The rest of the world: Flat $35
SHIPPING POLICIES
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received, and we are closed on weekends.
For US orders, we use UPS or USPS for shipping. Our typical processing time is approximately 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes about 3 to 5 business days. Please note that delays from the courier can occur.
Important reminders:
- Avoid using PO boxes or hotel (temporary) addresses as your shipping address.
- We are not responsible for delivery changes, such as "Deliver on Another Day" or "Deliver to Another Address."
Once a package is shipped, the tracking information is beyond our control. If an order tracks as delivered but is not received, please contact the carrier directly. Regrettably, we cannot replace missing or stolen packages.
International Orders
For international orders, we use USPS International for shipping. Delivery time is approximately 6 to 10 business days once shipped.
Please note:
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for these additional costs if they occur.
- Refusing a package is subject to a non-refundable status, and the package will be abandoned.
It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier for any additional information or charges.
Parcel Forwarding Service
Using a parcel forwarding service's address to ship to your country is at your own risk.
If there are any missing or damaged products or packages during shipment, please contact your forwarding company directly.
Keep in mind that every country has its own laws and regulations. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and you will be responsible for these additional costs if they occur.
RETURN & REFUND
Sale & Clearance
Please be advised that sale prices are applicable only during the specified promotional period.
We are unable to accommodate price adjustments on previous orders.
All sales on discounted items are considered final, and returns are not applicable.
Return
Due to the nature of AYDRY & Co. products, we can only accept returns for damaged or defective items. Please be aware that returns based on personal scent preferences are not eligible. Sale items are non-returnable.
To initiate a return for damaged or defective products, please process the request within 14 days of receiving the item and provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Contact us at info@aydry.com for further instructions.
Damaged Items
In the event that your package was damaged during shipment, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include your information, a description of the damage, and photos of the broken products and packaging. We'll promptly arrange for a replacement order.

Additional Info
Please note that returns for a refund or exchange are only applicable to products purchased on our website. We are unable to accept returns from products purchased at other retail stores.
CANDLE CARE
Warning
- For a cleaner burn, trim wick before each use.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Never touch or move a burning candle or container candle when the wax is liquid.
- Burn candle within sight.- Keep away from drafts and vibrations.
- Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire.
- Do not burn the candle for more than four hours at a time.
- Stop use when only 1/4″ of wax remains.
Please carefully read the warning label located on the bottom of the container.
STORAGE
How to store our products
Due to the natural ingredients we use in our products, you may observe discolorations (yellowing) over time. This is a natural chemical reaction and will not impact the scent or performance of our products. To maintain their quality, we avoid using chemical stabilizers.
It's important to store our products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. In warmer room temperatures, you may notice tiny puddles of oil on top of the candle. This is a natural characteristic of soy wax and not a defect.
